Hi, I'm Kent Dunkley, I've lived in Cache Valley all of my
life, and I love it! Following my graduation from Utah State University
in finance, I made the decision to remain in the Real Estate industry and
joined Century 21 at that time. I have enjoyed working with clients and customers in residential, commercial, multifamily, and land needs. We love meeting new clients and customers and find their lives and circumstances fascinating I love all sporting activities including
cycling, and love spending time with my family and friends and our yellow lab
Luke making memories that last a lifetime! I'm very fortunate to work with my spouse Teri, and licensed assistant Amy Nyman at Century 21 N & N Realtors, together we have many years of experience in title, property management, and Real Estate. We have enjoyed our career working for the best Real Estate Brokerage in Logan Utah!
I love life and I love my life! I’m a licensed agent in Utah and California with a lot of experience to help clients make good things happen with real estate. I grew up in southern Utah in the tiny town of Hanksville. Since then I have lived in Singapore, Bangkok, Albuquerque, Dallas, Boston, Sacramento, and Kigali, Rwanda and then I found a place to really settle in Beaver Dam overlooking the beautiful Cache Valley - back to the roots of my husband. Three great kids call me mom and 12 children call me grandma (I love that!) I love adventure and will rarely say no to trying most anything. I love to see people having fun. Fishing, hiking, camping and gardening are all favorite pastimes. I have a dream to learn to kite surf. I enjoy people and networking and love to learn what makes people tick. Degree? Yeah, I have one (it’s in accounting), but it has not been as helpful to me in life as my desire to learn new things and my love of solving problems.
I have bought and sold many homes in my life just as my own personal residence, but I didn’t realize how fun, interesting, and challenging real estate can be until one day in 2006 as I was browsing the stacks of my local library looking for my next read when I happened upon a little book called “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”. I read it fast and from it I learned one life-changing principle: Use your money to buy assets (things that put money in your pocket every month) instead of liabilities (things that take money out of your pocket every month) and your financial life will improve immensely. What a discovery! Since then I’ve been using real estate to create income and have discovered in it my passion - the thing that really makes me tick. I’ve helped a lot of people get what they want using real estate.
I have learned to be very good at solving problems. Sometimes I buy problems so I can solve them - it’s profitable. Whether you are a first-time home buyer trying to figure out the best time to buy and how to get the financing to work, or a home-owner with lots of equity looking to make your next move a smart one, or a newbie investor looking to learn the ropes in real estate, or a seasoned investor looking for a hidden gem, or a property owner of any kind looking to sell and maximize the value of your property, or you are moving to Utah and just need help finding a place to call home, I can help you solve any problems that may arise so we can get it done for you.
It would be an honor for me (and exciting as well) to be able to help you get what you want.
Service and making people happy are
inherent in my makeup. We owned and operated "Cabin Fever Cafe” for
many years here in the valley. The menu offerings in our restaurant were all ”from
scratch” recipes, prepared daily in house. We loved making folks happy!
As that chapter came to an end in 2007, I called a good friend of mine, Jack
Nixon, and discussed a change in industry and have been a full time Real Estate
agent with Century 21 ever since, using my experience to continue what I love:
making people happy! I have a good understanding of people and what it
takes to make them happy and smile! That, along with years of
client/customer service, and the sense and skills to help them achieve their
goals, makes my job terrific!

Greg was born and raised in Cache Valley.
He graduated from USU with a degree in Pre-Law. This has lent
itself well to the world of real estate and contracts. Greg enjoys both
the social aspect of finding his clients the perfect real estate opportunity and
the technical challenges with the paperwork and negotiations each transaction
provides. When not working, he can be found tearing apart anything
electronic, enjoying his classic cars, searching for a shiny rock to tumble and
polish, and finding the perfect sunset photo opportunity.
Got into real estate because it affects everyone's life in a
positive way- houses our families and provides a place to run a business to
support our families.. I offer clients the ability to create value in
commercial real estate and financing transactions- fulfilling client's needs
and making transactions work where others can't.
