Meet Daniel “Dan” Nixon

We’re proud to introduce Daniel “Dan” Nixon as the new Broker of Century 21 N & N Realtors.

For Dan, real estate isn’t simply a career—it has been a part of his life for as long as he can remember. As the son of the late Jack Nixon, Dan grew up around real estate, spending years watching his father build relationships, serve clients, and establish a brokerage that became a lasting part of the Cache Valley community.

Long before stepping into the role of Broker, Dan learned the business firsthand. He understands that successful real estate is about much more than buying and selling property. It’s about trust, hard work, integrity, relationships, and taking care of people.

Dan also brings valuable experience as a business owner and entrepreneur. He is the owner of Lock It Up Storage, where he has built and managed a growing self-storage business. His experience overseeing operations, development, customers, employees, and the many challenges that come with running a business has given him a unique perspective on leadership and management.

With deep roots in Cache Valley and a lifetime surrounded by real estate and business, Dan understands both where this brokerage came from and where it can go.

Taking over as Broker is especially meaningful because he is following in the footsteps of his father, Jack Nixon, who dedicated more than six decades to real estate and to the people of Cache Valley. Dan’s goal isn’t simply to preserve what his father built—it is to carry that legacy forward while helping Century 21 N & N Realtors continue to grow and serve the community for generations to come.

Dan brings a combination of experience, business knowledge, local roots, and a genuine understanding of the real estate industry to his new role. Most importantly, he understands that the strength of a brokerage has always been its people.
